New Information/Guidance/Tools:

• The EVM Center is proud to introduce a brand new portal community specifically designed for EVMS specialists, and all EVMS analysts performing any EVMS function at DCMA.  Data reconciliation processes are now streamlined and consolidated in the Earned Value Management Community.  Data, document, and information storage exchange is now in one centralized location. The community is open to EVM Center employees and CMOs EVMS specialists on the EVMS specialists list provided by the Division EVMS Performance advocates.
• The community consists of:
  • Central place for various files for Validation review, SSP, SSR and more
  • Discussion board, calendar, quarterly newsletter
  • EVM Specialist List
  • Navigation dedicated to EVMS processes
  • A restricted and dedicated page for each product area of the EVMC which can be only accessed by their employees.
• All EVM Center employees and affiliated CMOs EVMS specialists (or DCMA employees performing an EVM(S) function) are automatically given access to the community.  Those not fitting that description are required to fill out a sponsorship form and submit to the administrator.
• This information is applicable to the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) - System-Level Surveillance instruction.
