- The DCMA EVM Center has deployed a Help Desk
website to provide support for DCMA employees ONLY. The implementation
of our
Issue Tracker
Help Desk will enhance the EVM Center's ability to address and
solve your particular questions and issues. Rather than guessing to whom
you should address questions, queries, comments or concerns, the Help Desk
automatically directs your questions to the correct SME. With subject
matter experts pre-assigned to specific topics in their area of expertise,
you can be assured that your queries are reaching the correct knowledge
source, and will be addressed in the most expedient fashion available.
- This information is applicable to the
Tools and Additional Guidance section of
all EVM processes.
