Requirements:
The Industrial Analysis Manager will maintain current
and valid information in the Defense Industrial Base
System (DIBS) in the E-Tools database.
Perform
program management responsibilities for the Defense
Industrial Base (DIB). Interface and collaborate
with Defense Program Office for Mission Assurance (DPO-MA) to complement their mission assurance
program management responsibilities.
Coordinate DIB program
management, strategic and operational activities
through a working group with membership from OASD(HD),
Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for
Industrial Policy (DUSD(IP)), DPO-MA, Defense Security Service (DSS), Defense
Intelligence Agency (DIA), Counter Intelligence Field
Activity (CIFA), Military Services, Defense Agencies,
Combatant Commanders (COCOMs), National Guard,
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and
others.
Identification of
defense industrial base assets, associated
infrastructures and interdependency related single
points of service in accordance with Defense Critical
Infrastructure Program (DCIP)
guidelines. Develop defense industrial base
sector characterization.
Business base and
economic analysis on defense industrial base
assets.
Industrial and
technology capability risk assessments.
DIB asset
vulnerability assessment and consequence management
processes IAW DCIP guidance for performing
vulnerability assessments.
Develop and
maintain a predictive analysis "Mission Assurance
Model" to forecast potential industrial failure and
to formulate and implement a mitigation plan.
Develop a DIB
assurance plan using probability analysis and risk
assessment techniques.
Act on
Remediation and/or Mitigation Recommendations.
Education,
training and outreach for DCIP communities and defense
contractors.
Identify and
establish a DIB Enterprise Architecture that
integrates DIB requirements with the DCIP Enterprise
Architecture.
Seek input from
the DIB and report suspicious activities at specific
industrial facilities to appropriate DoD and other
government authorities.
