The Continuity of Operations Program (COOP) ensures the safety of DCMA HQ personnel and enables the continuation of contract management operational support during emergencies and disasters. COOP provides for a flexible response to an emergency and quick initial reaction to relocate or reconstitute mission-essential functions.
