Contingency Contract Administration Services (CCAS) Call for Property
Administrators Volunteers;
(DAWIA
Level II or Level III) (INFORMATION)

Target Audience: All DCMA Property Administrators able to obtain an unlimited Property
Administration warrant, who are interested in a volunteer 120-day (plus travel
time) CCAS TDY assignment (Urgent Dissemination to Workforce Requested)
New
Information/Guidance/Tools:
- This information is provided to notify DCMA
employees of an urgent CCAS requirement for DAWIA Level II and Level III Property
Administrator volunteers.
- There is an immediate mission critical need to fill
fully warranted Property Administrators for the LOGCAP III to LOGCAP IV
transition, Iraq retrograde until IPMS, Keystone, and Intermediate fills
become fully warrantable.
- Given the on-going mission in
Iraq,
Afghanistan
,
and Kuwait
theCombat Support
Center
is immediately seeking TWELVE (12) VOLUNTEER CANDIDATES to fill vacant
positions in Theater.

Volunteering candidates need to be fully
warranted Property Administrators (unlimited warrant, DAWIA Level II of
Level III).
- Volunteering candidates must receive the endorsement
of their supervisors and be available to perform 120-day (plus travel
time) TDY assignment to
Iraq, Afghanistan, or Kuwait.
- Volunteering candidates will need to meet CENTCOM
and DCMA deployment requirements prior to acceptance.
- Obtain and maintain a Defense
Travel Credit Card

Obtain and maintain
US
passport
- Selected
candidates will receive pre-deployment information/instructions from the
DCMACombatSupport>
Center
- Deploying candidates are
eligible for the following
- Temporary promotion for up to 120 days
while in theater, in accordance with 5CFR, part 335.
(Temp promotion will be in effect until 30 May
2010)
- Special
Act Award 25% of basic pay for the period of CCAS TDY assignment

Up
to a 40-hour Time-off Award
- Entitlements
during deployments, as applicable
- Danger
pay based upon geographical assignment in area of responsibility (AOR)
- Foreign
Post Differential
- Holiday
Pay, Sunday Pay, Night Differential per established AOR work schedule
- DCMA
Property Administrator Volunteers (unlimited warrant, DAWAI Level II of Level
III) currently on CCAS assignments:
- Are eligible for up to a 120-day temporary
promotion effect date of 1 June 2009
- Must complete current CCAS TDY assignment
- May reapply for Volunteer assignment or
continuation of current assignment to maximize their eligibility for temporary
promotion
- Interested
candidates should complete the
CCAS volunteer application available on the DCMA website, citing interest
in the Property Administrator positions.
- Please
submit your applications through your supervisor to the
CCAS
Applications Inbox . Please submit your application by May 28,
2009.
- If selected, you will be contacted by the Combat Support Center to
schedule your FOH physical evaluation and screening.
- This
