Manufacturing and Production Productivity Tools Training (INFORMATION)

DCMA Requirements:

Upon contract receipt and review the Technical Specialist or their delegate will assign the appropriate production surveillance category (PSC) to the contract and make appropriate adjustments in MOCAS/SICM. If an event occurs that impacts contract risk, the PSC must be changed in MOCAS/SICM to reflect the new risk level.

Delivery Schedule Manager (DSM) shall be used to communicate actual and potential schedule delay notifications to the customer and to respond to customer requests. If a customer requests information or actions relating to Manufacturing and Production using a method other than DSM, the CMT will input the request into DSM and respond to the request via DSM.  (See Guidance paragraph 8.6 for waiver request process)
