CMOs establish agreements
with customers defining expectations for program analysis
The District Directors and
CMO Commanders are responsible for the effectiveness and
implementation of system surveillance and program analysis
within their organization. A variety of tools can be used
such as Control Panels and the DCMA
EVMS Maturity Model.These tools are used by the
CMO to determine the overall maturity of their organization
and as a road map for improvement.

can provide additional
assistance to CMOs.
CMOs contact
the District EVMS Performance Advocates for assistance with
implementation of system surveillance, program analysis, and
facilitation of EV training. When appropriate, the District
Performance Advocate elevates issues from the CMOs and
provides feedback to the HQ EVMS Performance Advocate.
