The intent of this chapter is to offer guidance to perform effective and predictive EVM program data analysis.  At the program level we perform analysis of EVM and related technical data to provide reliable program health assessment and prediction of future outcomes.  This enables our customers to make informed program decisions.  EVM program analysis is predictive and includes impacts on cost, schedule, and technical performance.  Continuous risk assessment and risk monitoring efforts by the Program Integrator (PI), the Program Support Team (PST) and EVMS Specialist are essential to provide value added information to our customers.
